I wonder how many people out there at some point in their life have managed to convince themselves that they are actually on the Truman show. Come on, admit it, you know you’ve done it.

Whoever is writing the storylines to my life is having a jolly good laugh at my expense. This week has been far too coincidental to be unwritten. Someone has a plan. Connie Mckenzie said "Hi Joanne, Don't know much about the Truman Show, but I thought your story was hilarious. I laughed out loud in some places. Cheers from Connie."

Jay Leffew said "I've decided this will be the last of your 'real life' experiences I have any stomach for. It took me that long to realise I couldn't expect anyting else from you, despite finding your work good, in its way, but as I say, it began to give me indigestion, and you have to stop eating when it starts to make you sick I guess........ I'm grateful for the offer of something more to my taste, but I'm not sure you could come up with anything mysterious or fanciful enough... I'm a child at heart, and love my horrors and 'Good winning out over evil'. You do what you're good at and never mind me, I'm just an old fuddy duddy..."

Joanne Fitzgerald replied saying "Dear Jay, On the one hand, I find your reaction to my writing somewhat satisfying. I do believe I have created something - be it pity or disgust, it's still something. And I do view this as quite an achievement. On the other, I'm one who hates to disappoint. Perhaps if there is something you would much rather read than a crude, sexual diary, I could write it for you. For someone who hates my writing so much, you do seem to have been following it quite meticulously. What would you like me to write for you? Go on. Inspire me ...."
