When you were born you were different, disabled and no one wanted you
I kept you for that reason, even so my love for you was nothing else than true

More than often you spoke to me, loved me in ways no one understood
One last time you did that for me, and now rest your head underground and wood
From this place you have gone, leaving me with heartache and pain.
Your love for me and my love for you will forevermore remain.
