Short Story: Love Story In Three Acts

Her bed, full of teddy bears. He leans down to her, breaths in her smell and kisses her. She smells like candies, those hard outside but soft inside. He puts his hand under her shirt and his heart trembles, when he finds out she is not wearing her bra. He caresses her breasts and more he caresses them softer they are. He is enjoying the feeling of her warm tongue in his mouth and arouses together with her nipples. The pain between his legs is almost unbearable. Softly he pushes her on the bed and presses himself against her. She is soft, almost too soft. Wait. Something is not right. He moves away a little. They both look down. That is not her, it is just a teddy bear. They both start laughing. In that moment they see each other in a different way.

Their bed. She is in it. She covers her legs with a blanket, but despite this her legs are cold as ice. Although she puts a pillow behind her back, she can still feel the head of the bed pressing against her back. She places the book on her knees, something about pursuit of happiness, but all she sees is a chaos of letters. How could she read, when all her senses are directed towards the bedroom door? Finally, the door opens and he enters. Nobody says anything. He gives a quick glance to her and turns away. She stares at him, like petrified, while he is undressing himself and throwing carelessly over the chair his shirt, jacket and tie. He lives his pants on the floor, just pushes them closer to the chair. When he goes to the bathroom and she hears the water running, she gets out of bed and picks up his pants. She starts to put his pants and other clothes in the closet, when the bathroom doors suddenly open and they meet. She, with his clothes in her hand, and he, with penitent expression on his face. She returns loudly in the bed, shows him the back and pulls the blanket up to her nose. He also turns to the other side. Their buttocks lightly touch. Then, she smells the perfume of another woman and she sees him in a different way.

His hospital bed, surrounded by machines and tubes, which make her sick. He opens his eyes and tries to pull himself up. To make him more comfortable, she puts another pillow behind his back. He is watching her silently and his heart trembles, when she pushes him gently on the pillows. He shuts his eyes and breaths in her candy-like smell. He seeks for her hand, wrinkled on the outside but smooth and warm on the inside. He places it on his chest, where it hurts every day a bit more. She looks at him surprised. In that moment they see one another in a different way.
