Hi, my name is Claudia and I’ve grown up in an all-female house. It’s probably shaped my experience. I’d lay in bed listening to the sounds of Mum and Gran with my baby sister down below. More often than not, they’d be baking. Cake was a part of the staple diet, and I should be the size of a house, but I burned it off – mainly through dancing.

Despite this, I’ve always found it hard getting out of bed in the morning. It’s my own fault, often staying up until two, three in the morning, on social network sites chatting to friends or just generally hanging out. An easy existence, but there was rarely any impetus to get moving, unless it was for dancing or sports.
