Pitlochry Winter Words Festival
Published 4 months ago
For those of you in the Perthshire area, ShortbreadStories will be at the Pitlochry Winter Words Festival on the 28 and 29 January. In fact, those of you not in the Perthshire area should seriously think about popping over to the Festival.
Personally, this is one of my favourite literary festivals. Nestled in the Highland foothills, surrounded by nature in the rugged town of Pitlochry, Winter Words is held at the scenic Pitlochry Festival Theatre. You simply can’t ask for a more inspirational location. Plus, this year’s line-up is fab. Check it out here. https://pitlochryfestivaltheatre.com/pitlochry-festival-theatre/whats-on/view-and-download-brochures-online.html
Plus, as previously noted, ShortbreadStories will be in attendance. Not only will we be shamelessly promoting ShortbreadStories, but we’re offering a free short story critiquing service. Bring along a piece of work (no longer than 3500 words and printed-out) for us to read, and we’ll slot you in for a fifteen minute session to talk to you about your story. Not a bad way to spend the downtime between author readings.
Hope to see you all there,
Rachel Marsh
