Bill Robertson said "Hi Gary, I've just had three stories published today but I've noticed that the formatting is a bit messed up in one of them - paragraph breaks in the wrong place etc. I checked the original MS Word document that I pasted it from and everything looks fine so I'm not sure what's went wrong! Is it possible to re-submit the story to replace the current version without going through the editing queue again? Thanks, Bill"

Diane Dickson said "Hi Gary - I have noticed in the last few days that I'm not getting my email alerts. I checked my preferences and the button is on and I am receiving emails okay from elsewhere. I don't have any idea but do you think it could be a glitch on shortbread. I have checked my junk folder and they are not there. I haven't changed anything on my system lately. I hope you're managing to keep warm, we've got thick snow here in the South West of France, very weird weather these days. Anyway I would really appreciate your thoughts - thanks as always - Diane"
