How do I Log In?

If you can't log in to Shortbread, you should see a message above the login box telling you why. If you don't see any error message and you are not being logged in - follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

In Internet Explorer

The following steps will reset Internet Explorer to its default settings and clear your cache, cookies and history. If you don't wish to clear everything, manually delete the cookies named shortbreadstories.co.uk.

1. Click on 'Tools' then 'Options'
2. Click on the Advanced tab
3. Click Reset
4. Close the window and restart Internet Explorer

In Firefox

The following steps will only delete Shortbread cookies from your browser.

1. Click on 'Tools' then 'Options'
2. Click on the Privacy tab
3. Click Remove Individual Cookies
4. Type shortbreadstories.co.uk in the search box
5. Click Remove Cookie for each entry until none are left

In Chrome

The following steps will only delete Shortbread cookies from your browser.

1. Click on 'Tools' then 'Options'
2. Click on the Under the Hood tab
3. Click on Content Settings in the Privacy section
4. On the cookies tab click Show cookies and other site data
5. Remove all cookies marked with shortbreadstories.co.uk
6. Click Close
